Written by Gregory Bonds
LOGLINE
Haunted by the battlefield decision that cost a fellow soldier his life, Delta Force sniper Amanda Franklin leads a classified recovery mission into the mountains of Afghanistan, where the discovery of the biblical giants forces her to confront an ancient evil capable of destroying the modern world.
WHY THIS FILM
A grounded military thriller that evolves into a high-concept biblical mystery, Preacher’s Daughter: Giant Slayer blends elite Special Operations realism with an ancient civilization hidden beneath the mountains of Afghanistan.
Designed as a premium theatrical event, the story combines emotionally driven characters, large-scale action, mythology, suspense, and franchise potential while remaining grounded in authentic military procedure.
SYNOPSIS
When an elite U.S. Special Operations team vanishes during a classified mission in Afghanistan, Delta Force sniper Amanda Franklin is sent to recover them.
Instead, Task Force Viper uncovers evidence that the giants described in Genesis were never myths.
As rival forces race to control the discovery, Amanda and her team descend into a forgotten underground civilization where humanity’s oldest enemy has remained imprisoned for thousands of years.
To prevent an ancient evil from escaping into the modern world, Amanda must confront not only impossible enemies—but the guilt, faith, and sacrifice that have defined her own life.
WHY IT STANDS OUT
Grounded Military Authenticity
Elite Special Operations tactics and realism anchor every sequence before the story expands into mythological territory.
Fresh Mythology
Instead of another zombie, alien, or AI story, the screenplay explores one of history’s oldest biblical mysteries through a contemporary military lens.
Character-Driven
Amanda Franklin’s emotional journey—from survivor’s guilt to redemption—provides the heart of a large-scale spectacle.
Commercial Scale
Designed as a globally appealing action-adventure with franchise potential.
